Audiovisual production for hospitality, real estate and brands
Audiovisual content is usually a person's first contact with a brand. We work so that this first contact conveys what the property genuinely offers: its atmosphere, its service and the experience behind it. We produce for hospitality, food and beverage, real estate and brands that need to show more than a product.
Direction, shooting, editing and colour. The format follows the story: reels and brand films, interviews with management and staff, music videos or long-form pieces, vertical and horizontal. Music always under a current commercial licence.
Property, food, product, portrait and lifestyle. High resolution for print and an optimised version for web and OTAs.
Property, landscape and events in horizontal and vertical format, flown under Costa Rican DGAC regulation.

Who we produce for
Luxury hospitality is the core of the studio, though the work applies to any brand with an experience to show.
Hospitality and resorts
Rooms, suites, amenities, spa and guest experience for web, OTAs, press and seasonal campaigns.
Food and beverage
Menu, bar, plating and restaurant atmosphere, produced during actual service without interrupting operations.
Real estate and holiday rentals
Homes, villas and developments for sale, investor presentation and listings on Airbnb, Booking and similar platforms, with or without a lifestyle component.
Events and activations
Celebrations, themed dinners, brand activations, sporting events and conferences, with continuous coverage for the booked block.
Brands and product
Commercial campaigns, launches and product content for local and international brands.
Corporate portrait
Leadership teams, chefs and property talent, with an editorial treatment aligned to the brand.
Internal communications and team
Year-end parties, Family Day, recognition events and leadership interviews on the year’s milestones. Material for internal communications, employer branding and the property’s year in review.
Food and beverage production planned with the kitchen team
Photography and film of the menu, bar, product and atmosphere. Menu shots are produced in a dedicated session, with the chef plating for camera; ambience and service are covered during operation.
What we produce
Rates in USD, per hour and per service. Photography and film are each covered by a professional dedicated to that single discipline, so a project requiring both is quoted as two services; at events the rate already includes both. From six continuous hours a day rate applies, confirmed in the quote.
Photography
Property, food, experiences and guest lifestyle for web, OTAs and collateral.
Video production
Reels, brand films, interviews, music videos and long-form pieces. Script, shoot, edit, colour and music under a current commercial licence.
Drone
Aerial coverage of property and landscape, flown under Costa Rican DGAC regulation.
Events and activations
Live coverage of events, activations, themed dinners and guest experiences. The rate covers both photography and film: two professionals on site, each dedicated to a single discipline throughout. Two-hour minimum.
Film: a 1 – 2 minute event recap.
Social content
Reels, stories and an editorial calendar built from each shoot day.
Property, real estate and rentals
Homes, villas and developments for sale, rental and listings on Airbnb, Booking and similar platforms, with a video walkthrough of the property.
Rates and deliverables are a starting reference. Every production is adjusted to the brand's goals, the location, the duration and the scope the project requires, and is confirmed in writing in the quote before the shoot day is booked. Each service is delivered with undivided focus: one professional, one task, one deliverable.
Content packages
Prices in USD, VAT 13% not included. Four tiers and five lines: half a day, one, two and four. Each tier doubles the shoot days and doubles the content, while the price does not double — so every step buys more per asset. What the plan adds and hourly work does not cover: planning, an editorial calendar, a review round included and scheduling priority while it is active.

The figures are exact, not ranges: what the table says is what gets delivered, held to the same standard of selection, colour and sound across all four tiers. Fewer assets does not mean less work per asset. Every package includes advance planning, an editorial calendar, a content bank and a usage licence for the brand's organic social media and digital advertising. Each month's calendar is agreed before the first shoot day, so production follows a plan rather than one-off requests. Every delivery includes one review round; from Premium, two. A half day is around 4 hours on site and a full day around 7; the exact schedule is set by the light and the property's occupancy. Drone is an add-on service on Essential and is included from Growth upwards. Events and special coverage are quoted separately, except on Luxury Partner. The window is counted from each shoot day and grows with volume, because more assets mean more selection and more grading before anything is published. If the brand needs material sooner, it is delivered with a surcharge that depends on how far ahead it is pulled, because it means reordering the edit queue. Unused assets do not roll over from one month to the next; a shoot day can be rescheduled at no cost with 48 hours' notice.

Shot on location, finished in-house
AVISUAL Creative Studio is an audiovisual production company led by Oscar Rodríguez Ramírez, based in Liberia, Guanacaste. Over three years producing photography, film and aerial coverage for luxury hospitality, food and beverage, real estate and brands, in Spanish and English.
We produce on location: the property, the kitchen, the land, the beach. That is where the brand lives, and where the light of the place does half the work. The studio is the other half: selection, colour, sound and delivery, held to the same standard from start to finish.
We work under single direction: whoever quotes the project also directs the shoot and delivers the material. Every production is planned with the property's own team — marketing, kitchen, spa or sales — before the first shoot day, and material is delivered organised, licensed for commercial use and stored in a content bank.
